Rubber and sponge punching processing uses a die with cutting blades embedded in a base material known as a Thomson type to punch the material. The base materials can include wood, resin boards, metal sheets, etc., and are selected based on conditions such as dimensional accuracy, production time, and cost. Although the precision is inferior to that of molding with molds, it excels in cost due to the low cost of the die. *Depending on the lot size, delivery time, and accuracy, options for cutting and molding processing may also be effective. We have cut conductive sponge using punching processing. It comes with tape, but there is no stickiness on the cut surface. We can handle this size at our factory.
